Woman Shot Outside Luxurious Nightclub in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, Cambodia Breaking News: At around 8pm this evening, May 28, 2019, woman was shot by two men outside LUX Club, # 53, Street 214, 5 Village, Sangkat Boeung Raeng, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh.
The victim, named as 29-year-old Nim Lyina, was shot in the thigh with a pistol, and then taken immediately to Calmette Hospital.
Police are looking to arrest the two suspects, who are known but have not yet been named. The shooting is believed to be motivated by a jealous husband or boyfriend, but for the moment there are no further details as to the motive of the crime.

The two unnamed individuals whose photos are above must be the jealous husband and boyfriend. Wonder which is which and who did what.

Breaking News: Latest reports say that the shooter's mother, Nhem Morakot, is a high-ranking official in the government, and that she brought her son, Vinn Surgak Panha, to the Phnom Penh Royal Gendarmerie to confess and give himself up. The suspect handed in his weapon and submitted himself to questioning.
The incident happened after midnight on May 28, 2019 at Luxurious Club No. 53, Street 214, Village 5, Sangkat Boeung Raing, Khan Daun Penh.

UPDATE: On May 31, the suspect Vinn Surgak Panha was sent to PJ Prison to await trial on the orders of the investigating judge of Phnom Penh Court, Mr. Than Leng.
Note that PJ Prison was constructed to house white collar criminals, as well as those with money or political connections, in better conditions than Phnom Penh's notorious Prey Sar Prison. However, it was reported in the news recently that Prey Sar is full to overflow and that basic criminals will now be sent to PJ Prison instead.
