Incapacitated Chinese Man Detained by Immigration

Svay Rieng, Cambodia News: At 7:00 PM on May 15, 2019, residents of Ta Pov Village, Bavet, Svay Rieng, informed Bavet City police that there was a mentally ill Chinese man who could not walk, sitting alone near the Special Economic Zone.
Police went to find the man and saw that both his legs were too swollen to walk. They took him into custody and then sent him to the Immigration Department to be deported.
