Driver Spots Thief Driving his Tuktuk
Siem Reap, Cambodia News: A 35-year-old man, Pich Robi, was arrested after he stole a tuk-tuk, on April 14, 2019,at 06:00 am, in Thlok Angdong village, Sangkat Slor Kram, Siem Reap.
The victim, Long Tok, said that he left his tuk-tuk outside the bus station while looking for customers, but forgot to take off the key. When he came back ten minutes later, the tuktuk was gone. After the incident, the man went to file a complaint at Sangkat Slor Kram police station.
Then, the very next day,April 15, at 1:00 pm, the victim saw the suspect driving around in his tuk-tuk. He reported this to the police immediately, and they came to the scene, arrested the suspect, and seized the tuktuk, which was returned to its rightful owner.
