4 Teen Addicts Arrested for Robbery in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On April 16, at 07:00 am, four teens were arrested for motorbike robbery, in Toul Sampov village, Sangkat Toul Sangke1, Phnom Penh. The suspects, who were drug addicts, were identified as Chan Samphos, 18-year-old, Kroeun Thearou, 18-year-old, Sao Makara, 18-year-old, and Math Mansoth, 18-year-old.

At 1:30 am, on April 16, 2019, the five suspects on three motorbikes stole a motorbike from the victim before escaping. At 07:00 am, the victim went to file a complaint at the police station. After that, the police searched for the suspects and arrested 4 of them at Moha Leap guesthouse. The motorbike was returned to the victim.

The suspects were detained at Khan Rousey Keo police station for case preparation following the legal procedure.

Of course that is a possibility.....Army lifestyle discipline could smarten them up and give them direction too.

hardened crim inmates will re educate them to be more cunning crims when released
fresh young meat for the inmate gang leaders
drug addictions formed in prison will stay with them until they die

There is no "one way is right" answer here. Look at each of your posts. Just like everything else I believe it depends on the person. Some being in a cage like jail is enough they don't break laws anymore after they get out. Others will be hardened and continue their path no matter what. That's my theory anyhow.
