Violence at Khmer Lottery Shop in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On April 7, 2019, there was an outbreak of violence at a Khmer lottery shop in Thmor Kol village, Sangkat Chomchao2, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh.

The incident occurred after a group of 10 people went to the shop and the seller refused to sell them Vietnamese lottery tickets. The mood got ugly, and the gang attacked the seller and trashed the premises.

After the incident, the suspects ran away to escape and the victim went to file a complaint at the police station.
