Riverbank Suicide by Hanging in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At 3:30 pm on April 6, 2019, local people reported to police that they had found the body of a man hanging from the riverbank security railings, close to the Chroy Changvar Primary School in Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.
Police came to the scene and confirmed that the death was a suicide. The deceased was identified as SUK HYUN KIM, male, aged 60, Korean nationality. RIP

He had a birthday coming up next Saturday too. Poor guy. RIP.
