Bicycle Thief Nabbed by Police

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 30-year-old man, Nath Vichet, was arrested for stealing a phone and a bicycle, on Preah Sisovath road, Sangkat Psar Kandal, Khan Don Penh, Phnom Penh. The victim was identified as Zhu Zhigue, 38-year-old, a tourist who stayed at PorPok guesthouse.
The police returned a Huawei phone and a bicycle to the victim. The case of the suspect has been preparing following the legal procedure.
