Drug Addict in Cartoon Underwear Walks Around Phnom Penh Park Upsetting Locals

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On March 09 at 02:30 am, police reported that an unidentified drug addicted man was walking around acting crazy at Wat Botum park in Phnom Penh and upsetting local residents.
According to the local people, the drug addict had no home, he would pick up trash to eat, and steal the belongings of people who went to the park.
At first, the people there just yelled to him to stop taking their belongings, but then the drug addict became even more disturbed and violent, so the locals beat him up. The man was injured in the attack, and the people who attacked him left the scene before police arrived.
The police took the man away from the park for assessment at the police station.
