Overloaded Steel Truck Causes Fatal Accident in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On March 06, 2019, at 06:20 am, the driver of a steel delivery truck lost control of his vehicle and smashed into a Camry car, pushing it into a canal on national road 04, Sangkat Kombol, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh. 3 people died immediately at the scene.
In the steel truck a man was killed and his wife seriously injured, and the two passengers of the Camry also died at the scene, while the driver was transported to hospital.

The police are trying to remove the bodies from the car and are searching for the victims' families.

I know overloaded vehicles are part of the local culture but trucks are really dangerous in that condition. I mean nobody wants to die in this shitwater because some greedy retard is not following the rules/ common sense
