Phnom Penh Locals Boil as Giant Truck Gets Stuck and Blocks All Traffic

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On February 26, 2019, a large truck was stuck for more than seven hours at Stung Meanchey Flyover causing massive traffic jams in that area of Phnom Penh for much of the day.
The locals were angry at the incident, because trucks of that size are forbidden to drive through the city during the daytime, and this vehicle should have been turned away before the flyover, but police turn a blind eye to these infractions every day. People even say that the drivers of these giant trucks stop and do a special handshake with the traffic police before being allowed on their way.

Better close the overpass for a year or so for safety inspections.
Quick solution, let the damn tyres down and back out!
