Pailin, Cambodia News: A 39-year-old man, Houm Piseth, was thrashed until he bled by a mob of angry villagers after he tried to rape a 14-year-old girl cow herd, on February 25, 2019. The rape attempt took place at a rice farm in Dey Sor village, Sala Krao district, Pailin. Fortunately the girl was able to call for help.
After getting beaten up by the village rescue team, the suspect was sent in a sorry state to Sala Krao police station where he was charged with attempted rape.
