Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: HARADA STUGUMI, a 77-year-old Japanese teacher of Japanese nationality, working at the Institute of Foreign Languages ​​(IFL), has passed away in his rented room in Monireth Damnak Thom Village, Sangkat Steung Mean Chey 2, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh.

When the teacher failed to turn up for his work at the IFL, someone went to his lodging and discovered that he had passed away on his bed. The police were called, and after inspection, an officer from the Phnom Penh Police Office of Science and Technology stated that the deceased was dead from a heart attack.
The body has been taken to repose at Wat Steung Meanchey, awaiting the relatives decision on the funeral preparations. RIP.
