Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On February 20, 2019, at 10:30 pm, an ambulance that was carrying a patient and two ambulance workers to Phnom Penh Hospital, crashed into another car near Sokimex gas station, Sangkat Kampong Teuk, Khan Dongkor, Phnom Penh.

The accident occurred as the ambulance was being driven in the direction of north to south at high speed when it crashed into a car which was coming in the opposite direction, causing the ambulance to overturn. People in both vehicles were slightly injured. Presumably the patient at least was taken to hospital in another ambulance.
Both accident vehicles have been impounded by police while the case is investigated.

Those ambulances sometimes drive like crazy and I am often left thinking that the risk of travelling in one at high speed may outweigh the benefits in some cases
