Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On February 13, 2019, at 09:30 pm, a Chinese man, XUBO, a 35-year-old factory worker, was detained after throwing a rock into a car on street 1019, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmei, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The victim was identified as Prum Sreyleak, a clothes seller.


Before the incident, the victim drove the suspect in his car from the factory to the Veng Sreng area. Then they got drunk and had an argument on the way back to the factory. Finally, the suspect pulled on the handbrake to stop the car. Then he got out of the car and threw a rock into it, causing a lot of damage.
The police went to the scene for questioning, and the victim decided to file a complaint.

The suspect was detained at the police station to follow the legal procedure.

I feel like throwing rocks at a lot of cars here too.
