Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 74-year-old Malaysian man, FRANCIS ANTHONY, died of a heart attack on February 13, 2019, at house no.7A, Dei Thmei village, Sangkat Toul Kok, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
After they received a report that a foreign man had passed away in his house, the police, accompanied by Mr. Nong Sovannaroth, the prosecutor at Phnom Penh court, went to the scene to examine the body, and they concluded that the victim died of a heart attack. RIP.
