After the Thais realized that the police were chasing them, they fired several shots at the police. At that time, the drug police fired back in self-defense, causing one suspect to die in the car and another to be injured. The other two suspects were arrested and taken into custody.
The four Thai suspects are identified as:
First. Nam Malakun (arrested), male, 34 years old
Second. Sepsi Sensok (arrested), male, 25 years old
Third. James (dead), male, about 28 years old
Fourth. Nako (injured), male, about 44 years old.

Hitting three bystanders is bad form.

2/5 people who were shot were legitimate targets. 3/5 were collateral damage. Could do better.
But, at least the one that was shot dead was a baddy. :? Hope the injured bystanders are ok.

Wrong place wrong time for the unfortunate bystanders. But and a big BUT, the police should have held back, those bystanders are members of the general public. Can you imagine if any members of CEO were passing by?
When I took Nak to hospital, the guy in the next stretcher had his left arm in bandage, next his area was a wash with medical staff, they covered his upper body with iodine, then the doctor studying the guys right side, yes! More iodine then the entry wound could be seen clearly, the doctor first used his hands around the wound then in with some medical instrument's. Plonk the bullet was taken from his lung
Always "hope" but never "expect".

That Ford had both flat front and back tires. Wonder if spike strips were used?
