Father Beats his Drunken Son to Death

Kandal, Cambodia News: On the morning of February 11, 2019, the body of a 39-year-old man was discovered under a house in Mokkouk Village, Kandal Province. The owner of the house, 68 year old farmer Pong Tay, was arrested for the murder of his son.
It's reported that the son, who was living with his father, had come home drunk and cursing at 2am and attacked his father with a stick before passing out in a hammock under the house. The old man grabbed an iron bar and beat his son to death before going back to sleep. The body was found by neighbors in the morning, and they called the police, who questioned the suspect before arresting him for murder.
