Khmer news is spreading this FB post and getting people worked up on a head hunting mission. If it's true then hope they find him quick. If he's a troll he screwed himself. If someone is spreading false news this guy is screwed either way....

By the look of Robil Elitok's facebook page, it appears that someone has hacked his facebook account and is writing really nasty stuff about him.
Robil Elitok looks like a dope-smoking, soap-dodging, dreadlocked backpacker.
I doubt that any of the other stuff written about him is true.

Kampot, Cambodia News: Kampot police questioned 52-year-old Turkish national Robil Elitok today. The foreign man denied that he had posted boasts that he had contaminated large numbers of people in Kampot with HIV, and said that his facebook account had been hacked from 10 February 2019 at 11:50 am.
More specifically, he said that he has not been infected with HIV, and volunteered to undergo a medical test for the police which was
revealed to be negative.
