PassApp Tuk-Tuk Driver Get Phone Snatched in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 34-year-old man, Som Sophat, a PassApp tuk-tuk driver, got mugged and robbed of his iPhone at Steung Meanchey pagoda.
The victim's account is that at 9:30pm on 5 February 2019, two men called the PassApp tuktuk to the pagoda,they got in and he drove off. But while he was driving along a quiet stretch of road, the men told him to stop the tuktuk in a shadowy spot. The driver thought they were going to pay him, when suddenly one of the supects seized his iphone and they both ran away.
The victim was lost and did not know how to find the local police station, so he had to ask some passersby for help, and they took him to the cops to file a complaint for robbery.

funnily enough yesterday i got in my first passap fitted with a substantail wire screen between me and the driver. maybe passap mugging is becoming a growth industry
