Police "Educate" Chinese KTV Club Staff About Drugs, Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: On 30 January 2019, Ms. Neang Sophal, Deputy Director of Anti-Narcotics Bureau of Preah Sihanouk Provincial Police, accompanied by Mr. Takak Rim, Deputy Inspector of Preah Sihanouk Police at Sangkat 3, paid an educational visit to KTVClub, a nightclub business catering principally for Chinese customers.

There are 40 Chinese staff working at this KTV, including eleven female staff members, and the police came to inform them all about the penalties involved in drug use by staff and customers.

The article does not explain why this particular KTV was singled out for "education" on drugs, but the police no doubt have their reasons.

If you were really observant you would also see they also had matching outfits . Maybe even matching panties and bra's.

Why are the women all dressed like prison guards ? :shock: Isn't that a bit weird for KTV staff ? (Note that I have limited experience, but I'm sure someone will enlighten me. )

I am confused. Surely KTV staff know how to use drugs already
