The victim was living in a small cramped dormitory where he died of a heart attack
Kandal, Cambodia News: A 31-year-old Chinese man, LIU ZIYIN, an online worker at Crown casino, was found dead on his bunk bed, at his rented room at 8:10 am on January 27, 2019, in Prey Thom village, Koh Thom district, Kandal.

According to the victim's brother, Liu Chao, the victim only came to work at the casino about half a month ago. He and his brother stayed together in a rented room that they shared with five other casino workers.

On January 27, at 8 am, the victim's friend tried to wake him up to get up and go to work, but he didn't move. Then his brother tried to wake him, and realized that he was dead. The police were called in, and after the post-mortem examination, the police determined that the victim had died of a heart attack. The body was returned to his family for funeral preparation. RIP

I'm always amazed at the amount of people who die of heart attacks in hostels or hotels in this country.
Are the police aware that death has various causes? They don't come over as terribly reliable with their examination.

Two different classes of heart attacks.

Laborers die of overwork heart attacks. Literal worked to to death (happens in their home countries, too).

Expats and tourists die of lifestyle choices heart attacks or just neglected health.
