Tuktuk Driver Arrested for Attack on 4-Year-Old Kid

Phnom Penh, Cambodian News: On January 21, 2019,a 34-year-old tuktuk driver, Pen Chantra, was arrested for child abuse in Dey Thmey village, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
Police received a report from the man's neighbors that he had attacked a 4-year-old boy, causing him injury. The victim was identified as a nephew of the suspect.
The suspect confessed that he was angry with the kid for throwing some staff outside the house. So he took a broom and a belt and gave the boy a beating, and then he kicked the kid and cracked one of his ribs.
After the incident, the victim was sent to Kanthak Bopha hospital for treatment.
