Deranged Woman Tries to Throw 2yo Baby into a Car

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On the evening of January 15, 2019, a woman, aged about 30 years old, had to be detained by by-standers who feared for the safety of her infant. The woman took her 2-year-old boy to wave at cars and attempted to throw him into a car driving past, on Prampi Makara high way, Phnom Penh.
When they saw that she was acting crazy, the local people thought she must be on drugs and they were worried about her kid, so they detained the woman and called the police. The police went to the scene and contacted the Ministry of Social Affairs to hand over the woman and look after the child.
