(Another) Chinese Charged with Kidnapping

Preah Sihanouk Province, Cambodia News: The Royal gendarmerie of Preah Sihanouk sent a suspected Chinese gangster, Siwai Ming, 39, to the provincial court on the afternoon of January 12, 1919, on charges of illegal confinement.
Siwai Ming ws arrested when the Royal Gendarmerie intervened in a kidnapping and confinement of a casino guest on the 10th January 2019 at the White Sand Hotel near Occheuteal Beach Sihanoukville.
