Tuk Tuk Driver Crashes Wedding Party and Tries to Photo Woman on the Toilet

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 35-year-old tuk tuk driver, Dong Ban, was arrested at 09:30 pm on December 23, 2018, after crashing a wedding party and trying to take photos of a woman on the toilet in a building in Koh Pich, in Sangkat Teuthla, Khan Chamkamorn, Phnom Penh.
According to the wedding's host, there was a man who was not invited to the wedding party who went into the wedding and followed a woman guest to the toilet. After that, he took a phone and tried to take a picture of the woman through the hole of the wall into the toilet. However, the woman saw what the pervert was doing,so she called out to her husband to kick that man out of the toilet and detain him.
The Tuk Tuk driver said in his defense that when he went to the wedding at B building, he was drunk, and he didn't realize that he went to the women's toilet in A building.
The wedding host called the police anyway, and they took the tuk tuk driver away to be reeducated.
