Strange, But True: Sihanoukville Thief Pretending to be Police, Found Hiding in a Water Tank
Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: At 12pm on 24 December 2018, a man was detained after stealing from Chom Pey guesthouse in village 2, sangkat 2, Sihanoukville.
It seems that he had been staying at the guesthouse, disguised as a policeman, in order to steal from the rooms.
After reports of theft, the guesthouse owner checked the CCTV and called the real police, but in the meantime, the criminal tried to escape across the rooftop which also led to the ABA (bank) rooftop, sparking fears that he was also a bank robber.
However, the authorities were on the job, and they tracked down the bogus policeman who was hiding in a water tank.

So what is the problem? I don't see the difference with a real police man

That's a great vid of the perp coming out of the water tank and apologizing.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

He's terrified and knows that if he isn't extremely polite and apologetic he's going to get hurt.Username Taken wrote: ↑Mon Dec 24, 2018 9:31 pmApologizing or begging not to be beaten?John Bingham wrote: ↑Mon Dec 24, 2018 9:09 pm That's a great vid of the perp coming out of the water tank and apologizing.
