Oil Waste Being Resold as Diesel Fuel in Kampong Speu

Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia News: On December 20 at 1:30 pm, a property at Phum Trach Tram, Daungkrung commune, Phnom Sruoch district, was visited by the provincial authorities in a crackdown on economic crime.
The above location was targeted for investigation following orders issued by the President of the Court of First Instance, Mr. Kimmony, on 20 December, after reports that black oil waste was being resold at the local market as diesel fuel. The production has ceased and the product is no longer being sold, awaiting the court's decision.
