The bald-headed and tattooed Australian Adam Ashley Read, 46, got arrested in Daun Penh for overstaying his visa.

He had been staying in a guesthouse and sometimes sleeping in public.

To his credit, he was wearing a shirt. It even has sleeves.


Is that a tear tattooed under his eye?
