Old Frenchman Gerard Amelot Arrested for Attacking Man in Kampot

A 69-year-old Frenchman Gerard Amelot got arrested in Kampot for attacking a Cambodian man. It happened because of a traffic accident. The old angry Frenchman who resides in Kampot pushed the Cambodian man, causing him to fall over. It also looks like he scratched him or sank his fingernails into the victim's arms.
