French Man ALEXIS PAUL JEAN VUILLOT Detained by Immigration
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On November 28, 2018, at 10 am, the department of investigation and procedure of Phnom Penh police, (Department of Immigration), were called in by the Beungkok police post, to check the case of a 40 year old Frenchman, ALEXIS PAUL JEAN VUILLOT, who had been detained for not having a passport.
After questioning, the suspect confessed that he arrived in Camboda on July 15, 2016, through Phnom Penh International Airport. He has been living with his girlfriend in house no.20D on Street 288, Sangkat Beungkok, Phnom Penh, but he has no job, no passport, and his visa expired a long time ago.
As a result, Mr Vuillot will be held in detention by the Department of Immigration following the legal procedure.

Is this the same guy who got run out of Kampot a year or two ago? I heard (and it looks like him) that he used to beat up his girlfriend in drunk rage. She was rather tall, pretty and seemingly alright. Definitely both barang, probably both french.
