Laos Suspects Arrested for Cross-Border Traffic of 1kg of Ice

Preah Vihear, Cambodia News: Two Laotians were arrested for cross-border drug trafficking in a combined operation between local police and the Anti-Narcotics Squad on Thursday, 29th of November 2018 at 9:30 am, at a guesthouse called the "Bunny Russell".
Maj Gen Yin Chamnan, Preah Vihear Police Commissioner, said that the two suspects were two Laotians aged 46, identified by police as Soktha Vong Phe and Kunming Ki.
The evidence found on the suspects consisted of 1 large packet of 1002.5 grams of white crystal methamphetamine, disguised as tea, and two mobile phones. The suspects and the drugs were sent to the provincial police commission for questioning and examination prior to presenting the case for trial before the provincial court.
