Belgian James Michael Sarzotti Robbed by Ladyboys in Siem Reap

The Belgian James Michael Sarzotti, who was born in 1951, got robbed by two ladyboys in Siem Reap.
They stole an iphone and necklace from the retired Belgian. However, the cops caught them and arrested them.

Siem Reap: Two suspects confessed to stealing a white IPHONE X at about 3:00 pm on 25 November 2018 from a foreign tourist, JAMES MICHAEL SARZOTTI, male, born 1951. Both the suspects are ladyboys or men who identify as women, and both of them have prison records and were last released from prison in 2017.
The first suspect is identified as Un Ratana born in 1982, staying in Wat Damnak Village, Sangkat Siem Reap, Siem Reap Town, and the second is her friend Dang, born in 1992, also from Siem Reap.
Following their confession, the two suspects were sentenced by Siem Reap Provincial Court prosecutors to temporary detention, while waiting to appear before the court on charges of phone-snatching.

A very common thread on CEO News: Every suspect arrested is immediately guilty and they all confess, sometimes to crimes totally unrelated to then they were arrested for. Why?

Not by a long shot. There are a few plying their trade near Wat Polanka that must come from Frankenstein’s cabinet of horrors....
