14yo Burglar Gets Arrested in Pursat

Pursat, Cambodia News: A 14-year-old boy, Ratanak Sangha, was arrested at 1 am,on November 5, 2018, for burglary at a house of a 30-year-old man, Mi Liyachanphalkhun, in Peal Nhek village, Pursat.
The victim lost a necklace worth $ 400, 4 phones, and a computer. The juvenile suspect confessed that he is a thief who has already been arrested many times.
