A really skinny 29-year-old transwoman stole a Samsung Galaxy S8 from the 23-year-old Israeli tourist Amir Shusterman. The victim was sitting by the river when he was approached by some sex workers who chatted to him about this and that. One of the sex workers, the transwoman, stole his phone and ran away. The Israeli screamed for help and the cops heard and caught the thieving transwoman. The other sex workers fled the scene.

I hope I don't get accused of being racist for mentioning this, but the Samsung Galaxy S8 phone is black.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 23-year-old Israeli tourist, AMIR SHUSTERMAN, staying at Mad Monkey Guesthouse, got his phone stolen by a phone-snatching ladyboy, on November 7, on street 108, Sangkat Wat Phnom, Khan Don Penh, Phom Penh.

The victim was sitting along the riverbank, minding his own business, when he was propositioned by the suspect, a 29-year-old ladyboy named Oun Kakada. She and two of her friends, who are also in the same business, asked the Israeli man: " Do you need any sex services ?"
But, before he had time to reply to their tempting offer, the suspect reached over and stole a Samsung S8 phone from the victim' s pocket. Then she passed the phone to her friends and tried to run away.
The victim cried out for help, and fortunately, he was heard by nearby police who came running to detain the suspect, while her two friends made their getaway.

The suspect was arrested, and she tested positive when police tested her for drugs. The police are now searching for her partners in crime.
