5 Chinese Members of Drug Trafficking Ring Arrested in Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: The crackdown continues on Chinese nationals that are using and selling drugs. At 1 am on November 6, 2018, narcotics officers cooperating with criminal police have arrested members of a drug trafficking ring and arrested 5 Chinese nationals, including 1 woman. The raid took place at a guest house in Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville.
The suspects were identified as Liu Chang, a 20-year-old man, Laing Perng, a 40-year-old man, Chen Wenjian, a 20-year-old man, Huang Xiongyuang, a 38-year-old man, and Chen Yudan, a 22-year-old woman. The police confiscated 26 doses of drugs prepared for sale and one large plastic bag of white powder, some pocket scales, three phones, and a car.
The suspects and evidence have been detained by Sihanoukville police while the case is prepared for court.

Lets see. Chinese lend the GofC the funds to build a jail for all these imported miscreants.
Its built by Chinese skilled labor of course. Probably 50%+ inmates will be Chinese. And so it goes.....
