Chinese Translator Busted with Ketamine for Sale in Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: A 34-year-old Chinese translator and driver (and drug dealer), Zhang Hai, was detained by Sihanoukville police for possession of one big and one small packet of ketamine in powder form in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville. There are no further details of his arrest, but the the larger bag of drugs indicates that he is most likely reselling the goods, and will be charged with trafficking.
The suspect was sent to the police station to follow the legal action.
