Kampong Speu, Cambodia News: On November 08, 2018, three young men were pulled over by police for riding loud motorbikes in Kampong Speu.

According to Yun Vandy, 19-years-old, who rode an Exciter motorbike, he transformed his motorbike to be louder because he thought that it makes other drivers move out of his way faster on the road. The other two drivers who were detained with him, Veoun Vanny, 23-years-old, and Phal Ruth, 18, were both riding MSX motorbikes.

The three motorbikes were sent to the provincial traffic police to follow the legal procedure.
