Chinese Driver Injures Motorcyclist in Front of Royal Phnom Penh Hospital

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At 10:30 pm on October 4, 2018, an accident occurred when a Chinese national in a car hit a motorcyclist side-on on Russian Federation Boulevard in Sen Sok district. The motorbike cut in front of the car without warning, according to reports.
Fortunately for the wounded motorcyclist, the accident scene was very close to the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital. The Chinese driver was taken for questioning by police to Sen Sok station.
