Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: At 10am on September 29, 2018, a 32-year-old ladyboy, Houn Pouk, was arrested at his rented house after stealing a motorbike in Sangkat Meanchey in Phnom Penh.
Police took the suspect down to Steung Meanchey police post for questioning, and he is being detained there while they prepare his case for court.
