Two Teens Arrested for Chinese Bag-Snatch in Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville, Cambodia News: Two jobless teenagers, aged 16 and 19, were arrested in Sihanoukville on 29 September 2018 for snatching a handbag from a Chinese woman. The two hoods swooped past on their motorbike and seized the bag as the woman was crossing the street on foot. But fortunately, police were on the job, the bag was recovered, and the two thieves are under arrest.
