"99" was Unlucky Number for Yama Seller

Battambang, Cambodia News: On the morning of September 15, 2018, a woman drug trafficker was arrested in possession of nearly, but not quite, 100 yama (amphetamine) pills. 99 pills were sent by Sampov Loun police to the anti-drug office in Battambang province for testing.
Police Lieutenant Colonel Pich Saing, police chief of Sampov Loun district, said that suspect was identified as Noun Chan, aged 35.
