Spanish Expat Killed in Moto Accident in Kratie

Kratie, Cambodia News: G. Andres, the Catalan owner of TOKAE RESTAURANT and STAR GUESTHOUSE in Kratie was killed in a motorcycle accident at 4am in Kratie three days ago.
RIP Andres. Condolences to his family and friends.

RIP. I wonder if he sold it before he passed away. If not, what happens to businesses owned by foreigners when they die?
