Man Arrested for Kidnapping 11 Year old Boy

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On September 10, 2018, the police arrested a 31-year-old man, Chan Teth, called Pich, for kidnapping, extortion and threatening to kill an 11-year-old boy, P*** B***, on September 09 at 1:30 pm, in a rented house in Sankat Tul Sangke, Phnom Penh.
The police confiscated 2 motorbikes and a phone. The suspect and the evidence were prepared for submitting the case before the court. The victim was returned to his parents.
