Boy Slips and Drowns, Playing by Dam

Oddar Meanchey Province, Cambodia News: In a tragic accident, a 10-year-old boy, Heng Chay, drowned while playing by a new dam constructed in Anlong Veng commune, on 10 September 2018.
The child's parents had taken him there to play, but he slipped in some mud and fell into deep water where he was carried away by the current and is presumed drowned. A search for his body was underway, but his body had not been recovered at the time the news was posted by Khmer media. RIP
