Kampong Cham, Cambodia News: On September 9, 2018, a drunk man went on a vampire rampage, sucking the blood of a chicken, 3 puppies, a baby cat and also ate a raw toad in Koh Chenleu village, Koh Soten district, Kampong Cham.

This behavior alarmed his neighbors. Some people said that he was a sorcerer, and others said he had a mental illness. In the end, the police went to the scene to detain the strange man and took him to a hospital in Phnom Penh for treatment.
