Phnom Penh: At 10:40 am on September 7, 2018, the police force of Kandal Central District 1, Daun Penh district delivered 51 year old Norwegian man, Gisle Reikvam, to the Bureau of Investigation and Procedure of the Cambodian Immigration Department. The Immigration Department will examine his immigration documents to determine his status.



Originally, the Norwegian was detained by Phnom Penh police because he had been shouting in the street and causing a public nuisance.

I saw him on St. 13, outside of Shenanigans. He was walking down the middle of the street, stopping cars by standing in front of them with his hands on the bonnet and shouting at the occupants.
