American Expat WILLIAM NOEL Dies of Cirrhosis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 72-year-old American expat, WILLIAM NOEL, was found dead in house no.106, street 05, Sangkat Prey Sor, Khan Dong Kor, Phnom Penh.
The police and the autopsy team went to the scene to examine the body and determined that the victim died of Cirrhosis. The body was taken to keep at the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital.

I thought at first it was riverside street 5 but seems way out of town near the prison. RIP, not a bad innings for out here.

Khmer cops can determine a person died of cirrhosis just by looking at the body? Thought a pathologist had to do an autopsy and examine the liver for that.
What little do I know about the observational powers of the local police in the KOW.
No wonder cases are solved so fast!

Yep. More than six empty beer cans in the room is enough for a positive diagnosis.
