American Expat WILLIAM NOEL Dies of Cirrhosis in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: A 72-year-old American expat, WILLIAM NOEL, was found dead in house no.106, street 05, Sangkat Prey Sor, Khan Dong Kor, Phnom Penh.

The police and the autopsy team went to the scene to examine the body and determined that the victim died of Cirrhosis. The body was taken to keep at the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital.
