Vietnamese Drug Addict Goes Crazy; Runs Around Naked & Attacks Police

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On August 22 at 9 pm, a Vietnamese drug-addicted man was naked and disturbed a neighbor, even taking a rock to throw at the police at Hok Ly apartment on street 179, Khan Chbar Ampove, Phnom Penh.

The Vietnamese man has always been yelling and disturbing the neighbors, locking his wife and kid in the house, sometimes he climbs up the wall and onto the roof to burn trash. The people who live close to him were really scared. On August 22 at 3 pm, he took a metal stick to damage the equipment of the neighbors' houses and attacked an old man who was talking on the phone in front of his house. After that, he went back inside. Then at 9 pm, he went out of his house and started being crazy again.

It is clear that he is Vietnamese because a Cambodian would never disturb their neighbors or use drugs.

In my old street the guy who was always angry and yelling was Vietnamese. Miserable bugger.
