Cambodia very seldom has armed bank robberies.
I think this is only the second one I've heard of.

Initial reports are that the perps are suspected to be Chinese, and that they made off with approximately $100k...either way, that was a pretty brazen robbery, not many, if any, reported bank robberies in Cambodia, normally jewellery sellers or money changers.

I always thought that it must be pretty easy to hold up a bank in Cambodia. Zero security, and I am not counting the token 4-kilo security guard asleep outside the premises.
